Shipping Policy

1. Digital Products (Instant & Emailed Files)

Most of our products are digital and do not require physical shipping.

  • Instant downloads will be available immediately after purchase.
  • Customized digital files will be emailed to you within the timeframe specified at checkout (typically within 1–3 business days).
  • No physical items will be shipped unless otherwise stated.

Please double-check your email address at checkout to avoid delays.

2. Physical Products (Sold via Amazon & Zazzle)

All physical items (e.g., printed invitations, journals, or gifts) are fulfilled through Amazon or Zazzle.

  • Shipping rates, delivery times, and packaging are managed directly by the platform where you placed your order.
  • You’ll receive confirmation and tracking info directly from Amazon or Zazzle.

For shipping issues, please contact the platform where your order was placed.

3. Optional Printing for Party Rentals

Customers booking party rentals can request optional printed add-ons such as:

  • Welcome signs
  • Favour tags
  • Water bottle labels

These can be purchased as digital files or printed by us for an additional cost. Printed items are delivered along with your rental setup. Please inquire at booking for availability and pricing.

Delivery Policy (Party Rentals)

✔️ Local Delivery

Delivery and setup are included within 20km of our base in the Peel & Halton area.

For distances beyond 20km, a delivery fee of $1.50/km (round trip) applies.

✔️ Setup & Pickup

  • We handle all setup and takedown of rental displays.
  • Setup is typically completed on the day of your event, unless otherwise arranged.
  • Pickup occurs same-day or next-day depending on your event time and location.

✔️ Important Notes

  • Please ensure there is ample, level space and safe, clear access at the delivery site.
  • Outdoor setups must be dry and free of obstructions. Please have an indoor backup plan in case of poor weather.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify the setup due to weather, safety issues, or unsuitable surfaces.
  • Do not move, alter, or dismantle displays. Our team will handle all adjustments.

❌ No Shipping Available for Rentals

We do not offer courier or postal shipping for rental displays. All rentals are delivered and picked up by our team only. No customer transport is required or permitted.
