Open When Gift Books
What is an Open When book?
An Open When book is a keepsake designed to be enjoyed at different moments. Each edition features themed messages, interactive activities, reflection pages and opportunities to add personal touches. Rather than reading the book from beginning to end, the recipient can turn to a particular page whenever the moment feels right.
Are gift cards included with the books?
No. Gift cards, cash and other surprises are not included. Each book contains clear pockets where the giver can add their own gift cards, handwritten notes, tickets or small surprises, creating a gift tailored to the recipient.
Can I personalize the book?
Absolutely! Each book includes dedicated spaces for the giver to write personal messages, share memories, offer advice and add meaningful words. There are also opportunities for the recipient to write their own thoughts and reflections as they enjoy the book.
Are the clear gift-card pockets already attached?
Yes. Each book comes with clear gift-card pockets already attached to designated pages, ready for your personal additions.
How many gift-card pockets are included?
The number of pockets varies by edition. Each book contains multiple clear pockets placed throughout the pages.
Are all Open When books the same inside?
No. Each edition is created around a different theme or life experience, with its own selection of messages, activities, reflections and interactive features.
What size are the books?
Our Open When books measure 5.5 × 8.5 inches and feature full-colour interiors, premium paper and double-loop Wire-O binding.
Can I write directly inside the book?
Yes! The interior pages are printed on uncoated paper, making them suitable for handwritten messages, notes and reflections. We recommend using a pen that works well on uncoated paper.
Can I purchase the books as gifts for someone else?
Of course! The books are designed to be personalized by the giver before presenting them to the recipient. You can add your own messages and surprises to create a truly meaningful gift.
Invitations & Digital Designs
Are your invitations physical or digital?
Our invitation and design collections include digital products. Please review the individual product description to confirm what is included and whether the item is editable or customized.
How will I receive my digital purchase?
Delivery instructions depend on the product. Instant digital downloads are made available electronically, while custom designs are delivered according to the details provided in the product listing.
Can I personalize an invitation?
Personalization options vary by design. Some products allow you to edit the details yourself, while others may require you to provide information for customization. Please check the individual listing before purchasing.
Will I receive a printed invitation?
Unless specifically stated in the product description, digital invitations do not include a physical printed product. You can print eligible designs yourself or through a professional printing service.
Can I print my digital designs more than once?
Yes! You can print your purchased digital designs as many times as you need for personal use. However, the files may not be shared, resold, redistributed or used for commercial purposes.
